Let me take out the guess work and heavy lifting off of your shoulders. Each month you'll receive a new 28-day meal plan that includes a shopping list and meal prep instructions. You can follow these meal plans exactly as I've laid them out or you can modify them to suit your personal tastes.

 

These meal plans are made to be cost effective, simple and low waste so that everything gets used. It should only take about an hour to meal prep each week. The meals are filling, easy to make and I bet you will find them as delicious as I do.

 

It can always seem daunting and intimidating to change your eating habits and to start cooking new meals. A part of the community is my Guided Meal Plan video series. Currently there is 14 days of videos that shows you how to meal prep and cook each meal from our Master Meal Plan right in my own kitchen at home. It's as close as you as you can get to being right by my side.

 

One thing that is a gamechanger, is the Monthly Menu community that we have created. It's like our own personal social media platform where you can connect with fellow members young and old from around the world and myself of course. You can rant or rave and hold yourself accountable by engaging with the community. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are the meal plans designed for weight loss or maintenance?The meal plans are designed around the calorie density concept which is ideal for weight loss. My goal is to have you feeling full and satisfied while losing weight at a healthy rate.

If you are looking to just maintain your weight, you can follow the menu and add more higher calorie density foods to your meals.

How easy is it to cancel my membership? Are there any commitments?There are no commitments to the Monthly Menu and your account can be cancelled at any time. It is very easy to cancel in your account settings and whenever you do cancel, you'll have access to the community and content until the end of the billing cycle.

Are the meal plans budget friendly?The meal plans are based around potatoes, rice, oats, lentils, pasta and beans which are all inexpensive to purchase. I also give lots of recommendations in the video course portion for being more budget friendly, bulk buying, buying frozen or canned items for convenience.

I’ve made the meal plans simple to follow with ingredients that are common around the world.

Is this a subscription based service?Yes it is a monthly subscription but it is very easy to cancel in your profile.

Do I need a Facebook account to access the community?No, you'll be able to login privately to the community. You can access everything from a web browser or the Mighty Networks app.

You're free to share as much or as little information as you want with others.

How do I access the community and videos?The community and videos are accessible from your desktop or mobile device. To access through your mobile device, you can download the Mighty Networks app to access the community and all course material. You can input your phone number at the bottom of this page to have the app texted directly to you.

I'm gluten-free, is The Monthly Menu right for me?Yes absolutely! In the Shopping List video, I go over all the substitutions you can use.

I have a nut allergy, is The Monthly Menu right for me?Very few recipes use any type of nuts. For any recipes that do, I will provide a substitution or they can be omitted.

I'm allergic to soy, is The Monthly Menu right for me?In the Shopping List video, I provide substitutions for any of the ingredients I use that contain soy. Tofu is used in some recipes but can be omitted.
