    My wife and I had been vegetarian for about 7 years before switching all the way to a vegan diet a few years ago. Everyone thinks cause your a vegan your gonna be super skinny and fit. But we both hit stagnant points and gained some weight back and started feeling sluggish from eating “vegan junk food” (ya know how easy it is now a days with all these new options for us.)
    Hannah’s book is awesome in that it will give you ideas and make it super simple to make a meal plan and stick to it. We have been very happy with the recipes in this book. The only confusing thing is that these meals are huge! Are they for 1 or 2 people? I’m not sure so I was doubling the amounts for my wife and I. This actually worked out nice because we had left overs and it was easier to meal plan for our busy weeks.

    Having lost about 52 lbs eating whole foods plant-based, I found my weight loss stalled out. After reading Lean & Clean, I quickly realized what I needed–a reset!     Enjoyed the book, and got a lot of useful information even though I don’t think it was written with a 63 year old man in mind (I’ve never worried about fat thighs). I didn’t buy it for the recipes but they do look good and I am anxious to try them.
