A refreshing spin on overnight oats that taste like a lemon pie!
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon extract
pinch of salt
1 cup plant milk
Instructions
In a jar or glass container add in all of your ingredients and stir lightly. Cover with plant milk and let sit overnight in the fridge. I like to add a little more maple syrup in the morning when I am ready to eat these and sometimes more fresh fruit. Coconut flakes are a great addition to this as well. Enjoy!
