Great ideas! I have several of Hannah’s books. Read this one in one sitting

I’m so thankful Hannah has poured so much time into this book. It’s clears she done a lot of inner work and study around these topics. She gives a no non sense approach that teaches principals that can be incorporated into any type of schedule and life. These topics are not only versatile but stand the test of time. It’s not littered with fluff or rigidity— it’s wildly uplifting, attainable, and clear. I will be reading this often to allow the ideals to stick and hold me accountable to the life I am working to build.

I love being part of this group it has been so helpful and encouraging. Sonetimes it gets super depressing when you're trying to lose weight and the scale isnt moving. I love the recipes in the meal plans. Most of them are super easy to make and dont take alot of time.

I just finished Hannah's book and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I'm a big fan of Atomic Habits, so much of the first half was a good, but familiar reminder. But in the second half, the book became like an encouraging, gentle friend, reminding me that I need to be kind to myself, that I'm not destined to be the slave of my bad habits, and I don't have to punish myself to improve. If this book is ever available in a hard copy, I would buy it again just to be able to highlight and journal in the margins!

This ebook has loads of great advice, it was value for money and covers everything you need.

Great book! It makes a lot of sense to master your mind first, in order to lose weight. Something so simple as making one small change and getting good at it that adds up to a big change. And not being so hard on ourselves makes things a little easier. Thank you Hannah!
