Cookie Dough Bites

Cookie Dough Bites

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 0 minutes Serves: 12

Soft, sweet, and snackable. These no-bake bites taste just like cookie dough but are made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick treat or on-the-go snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (I use Complement unflavored protein)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together oat flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix thoroughly until a thick, cohesive dough forms. If it’s too sticky, add a sprinkle more oat flour.
  3. Gently fold in chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Roll the dough into 12 to 14 bite-sized balls. Enjoy them right away or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
