Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine unsweetened plant milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined, then let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed, pour in the batter, and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 4–5 minutes depending on your waffle iron.
