- In a small blender add in your cashews, water, mustard and spices (omitting the yellow onion and relish). Blend until smooth.
- Once blended add in your onion and relish and pulse blend it a few times to incorporate. I like to leave this a little chunky because it preserves the flavor of the onion and relish.
- Add into a sealable jar and use on everything your heart desires! This is good on a lot of things not just burgers so get creative with it.
- Will last up to a week in the fridge. If the sauce is too thick you can thin it out with a bit of water but it will thicken quite a bit when refrigerated. For more sauce ideas check out my bestselling "Lets Get Saucy" book under the recipe books tab :)
